What's the print quality like?+
We print at a layer height of 0.15–0.2mm, which gives a smooth, clean surface. Each piece is quality-checked before packing — no stringing, no rough edges, no defects. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't ship.
What material is this printed in?+
Standard products are printed in PLA — rigid, durable, and excellent for everyday use. We also print in PETG and TPU on request. Check the product description for specifics, or message us if you'd like a different material.
When will it arrive?+
In-stock designs ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Pan-India delivery typically takes 3–6 business days with full tracking. Metro cities are usually faster. You'll get a tracking link the moment it dispatches.
Can I get this in a different colour?+
Yes — we stock a range of filament colours. Message us on WhatsApp or email before ordering and we'll confirm what's available. Custom colours may add 1 day to the dispatch time.
Can I get this customised or in bulk?+
